Purpose

Mining explosion-proof cable connector is used in the excavation roadway of mine  to link 1140 V -10kV power cable circuit and for wiring of cables with UGSP monitoring and shielding for power supply in the mobile substation. It can connect the both ends of the cable segment for the purpose of mutual cut-in ,or

Its half explosion-proof part can be connected to the mobile substation.

Technical Features

1 the connector is composed of  two actually same parts with the  public usage conducting rod and every part  includes cable entrance system, wiring holder and insulator;

2 the clamp that used to prevent cable pulling –out is designed casting with bow gouge , this improve the reliability of fastening line;

3 insulator is made of by the good quality insulation material (DMC);

4 the connection between the insulator and the case adopts inner fixation to avoid the connection with outside.
