This product belongs to the technology plan project of 2006 of Ministry of Construction and National Safety Production Committee and is checked and accepted by the Ministry of Construction in Nov. 2007.
This system can use the working load, displacement signal and inputing the rated working parameters of the tower crane, to display real-time working parameters to the operator and to compare them with rated working parameters on the LCD screen, to avoid unwanted operations or accidents. It can record and save the parameters of each operation circle to provide accurate data for equipment management and for safety production supervision.
Main functions and features:
1 Real-time display: To display present working parameters with graphics and numerals, including working load, torque, working range, turning angle and hoisting altitude.
2 critical alarm: it can give sound and light alarm when the working load or load moment is over 90% of the rating.
3 Safe control: Can meet the overall safety control demands in GB9462 by outputting 24route control signal and connecting with tower crane control system.
4 Parameter recording: Whole working parameter recording and downloading. Can be reviewed by special software or saved in Excel format for easy statistical management.
5 Statistical function: Can automatically calculating and displaying the added-up working hours and circles.
6 Over-load inquiry: Can easily inquire and search the over-load time, over-load weight and working condition data in the downloaded data.
7 Reason inquiry: This system can automatically save data of the latest 20 overload conditions, and to provide basis for exactly analyze the reason for accidents or faults.
8 Environment adaptable: 2000V Anti- impulse ability, ambient temperature of -20 Celsius Degree~60Celsius Degree, aging and power enduring, can work reliably in the open air in bad weather.
9 Wide application: Can apply to various models of tower cranes.
10 Easy installation: No need for alternating the tower crane while installing the system.
11 Crane work area limitation: By preset parameter, can avoid the hook entering the prohibited area.
12 Password function: the setting of all the parameters are charged by passwords for the safety of operation.
