DEST Series   (DEST concrete mixer cooler)

 

   

          1 Mounting position and connection method:

 

           It’s suggested to instal the cooler at ventilated place to make sure the cooling air goes smoothly with any obstacle and avoid the hot air flow back to the cooler.

 

          The cooler is connected with 2 stand bars and frame which need antivibration plates to avoid  vibration impact so as to lengthen the usage life.

 

 

          2 Fuel tank:

 

          The effective volume of the fuel tank is 18/26L , and the oil inlet is on the top of the tank. At the first using time , oil should be added to the middle position of the oil pointer , and air has to be evacuated in the refueling process , after adding oil ,the cock should be tightened up.

 

         3 Electrical connection:

 

          It is DC motor with the usage life about 1000 hours . and it is not suitable to operate for a long time . so the electric motor has to be used with temperature switch .

 

        4 Temperature switch:

 

        The switch makes sure fans could work intermittent, which is offered with the cooler together. Our company can   provide 2 kinds of switches below:  (switch photo)

 

 

 

 

        

 

 Temperature switch operation procedure: when it reaches to the maximum temperature, the swith will be conneted and the fan will use the cold air to take the heat away; and when it reaches to the minimum , the switch will be closed. The fan will also stop.
