Product Detail
Used in building, bridges and other areas of seismic vibration Played the role of damping energy dissipation

Application fields cover:pipelines and valves in such industries as high-rise buildings,bridge,bridges,military,nuclear power,co

Each performance index of the product reaches technological level of congeneric products home and abroad.

JZN series shock absorbers are passive velocity-dependent ones devised and manufactured based on the principle that interaction between hock absorbers media and structural components of hock absorbers are applied to generate damping force.Medium used is silicone oil,Such medium has the following features:small viscosity-temperature coefficient,stable performance at over low and high temperatures(-50°C~+250°C),greater radiance resistant performance.Meanwhile,the medium has excellent excellent electric insulating property and great ozone resistant,corona resistant,water-repellent and moisture resistant performance.

Our company independently developed and produced JZN series shock absorbers on the basis of digesting and absorbing congeneric products home and abroad,owning its patent,Additionally,by appraisal of third-party authority.

Application fields cover:pipelines and valves in such industries as high-rise buildings,bridge,bridges,military,nuclear power,conventional power generation,petrochemical and steel industries etc.

Principle formula:

F=C×Va,

F:Damping force(kN)

C:Damping coefficient(kN/(mm/s))

V:Velocity of piston(mm/s)

a:velocity exponent,designed and selected according to the engineering requirements,value is generally taken between 0.2~1.when a=1,it is linear damping.
