Aerated concrete block is a kind of porous lightweight brick, which is widely applied to buildings as a construction material due to its distinct advantages comparison with the common construction material, such as light in weight, high strength, and heat-insulation, durable in use, easy machining, and high efficiency in construction. Especially, it is suitable for the frame construction, high-rise buildings, anti-earthquake structures and high requirement of insulation building etc.

2. Raw material

The raw material of Aerated concrete block is very simple and cheap, and available at local, the main raw materials as follows:

Cinder (Waste slag of coal used, such as boiler coal slag of power station);Sand,

Quicklime,

Cement etc.

3. Production capacity and Product size

The annual production capacity:

Small scale: 20,000~50,000 cubic meter

Middle scale :> 50,000~100,000 cubic meter

Large scale : >100,000~400,000 cubic meter,

Length: 600mm

Width: 200~300mm.

Thickness: 75~250mm
