Executive Standard:

It is manufactured according to GB9330-1990 standards.

The low-smoking low-halogen flame-retardant cable is manufactured according to Q/XYJ03.04-2004 enterprise standard. It complies with GB/T 18380.3-2001, GB/T 17650-1998 standards.

The low-smoking halogen-free flame-retardant cable is manufactured according to Q/XYJ03.04-2004 enterprise standard. It complies with GB/T 18380.3-2001, GB/T 17650-1998 standards.

The flame-retardant cable is manufactured according to Q/XYJ03.03-2004 enterprise standard. It complies with GB/T18380.3-2001 standards.

Application:

It is used for the signal transmission, controlling and measuring system of the electric apparatus and the power distribute apparatus in the field of metallurgy, power and petrochemistry. Its rated voltage(Uo/U) is up to including 450/750V.

Using feature & Main Technical Performances:

1) Rated voltage(Uo/U) 450/750V;

2) The Max.long-term operating temperature of conductor;

PE insulated cable:70oC

XLPE insulated cable:90oC

PVC insulated cable:70oC,90oC(according to the grade of heat proof after the type)

Low-smoking halogen-free flame-ratardant PO insulated cable:70oC,90oC(according to the grade of heat proof after the type);

3) The Min. laying temperature is:

-20oC for PE Sheathed cable;

0oC for PVC or HFPO Sheathed cable.(It should be preheated if it is below the Min.laying temperature.)

4) The permitted bending radius:

No less than 12 times of the overall diameter of the cable for which has armor or copper tape wrapped shield.

No less than 6 times of the overall diameter of the cable for others

5) Flame characteristics

The flame retardant cable can pass the test according to GB/T18380.3-2001; Test method on electrical wires or cables under fire conditions Part 3: Test on bunched wires and cables.

The low-smoking low-halogen flame retardant cable not only can pass test according to GB/T18380.3-2001, but also can pass test according to GB/T17651.1: Test method on electrical wires or cables under fire conditions Part 1: Measurement on smoke density of wires or cables.

The insulation and sheath material of the cable should be tested as the HCL content of the separated out gas in the firing test is on more than 100mg/g.

The low-smoking halogen-free flame-retardant cable not only can pass test according to GB/T18380.3-2001, but also can pass test according to GB/T17651.1-1998. The insulationg and sheath material of the cable should be tested as, which PH is no less than 4.3 and conductivity should be less than 10μ s/mm.
