Upon customer requirement on the site,our company provide following two schemes for choice.

Scheme 2.

Shale,coal control with double belt scales

Under the shale belt feeder,to add one set of belt scale and acquire constant flux signal (4~20mA)according to this scale,and control flow rate on the coal,so as to achieve the goal of synchronization on the constant matching with two kinds of material.

Shale belt scale instrument outputs the instantaneous flow signal (4 ~ 20mA), 20mA represents its maximum flow (such as: 50 t/h), 4mA representative zero flow, the flow signal is sent to coal belt scale controller, which is regarded as given control signal. Shale belt scale measurement instrument output 20mA, the coal belt scales adjusting coal to maximum flow state (for example: 10 t/h); Similarly, shale belt scales measurement instrument output 4mA, which represents the shale zero flow, the coal belt scales adjusting to zero flow state; Shale belt scales measurement instrument output 12mA,which adjusting shale to 25 t/h flow, the coal belt scales adjusting  to half of the maximum flow (such as: 10 t/h ÷ 2 = 5 t/h).
