Technical specifications of roller conveyor 

1.The roller conveyer rack adopts aluminum alloy section bar, body of belt adopts 50*65 section bar, the rack adopts 40*40 aluminum alloy section bar. The surface of aluminium alloy section bar is in process of anodic treatment.

2.Width of conveyer belt is 250mm,Width of each operation platform is 250mm,

total width is 850mm.

3.Drive device adpots 37 kw reducer, maximum speed is 20meters/min,

variable frequency control.

4.converyer belt  adopts δ:2 mm, PVC anti-static belt, the colour is green, Width

of  belt is 250mm

5.Total height of conveyer can be adjusted(750-850mm).

6.Two operation platforms are equiped  on each side of the machine, each width is 250mm
