Scope of usage:

Bucket Elevator is a kind of vertical elevator ,widely used cement plant ,steel and iron factory,heating power company,chemical industry, For different producing line with different design. 

Advantages:

Elevate a large space. This type of equipment have little requirement on size, type and feature. Can elevate powder, granular and lump materials, also for the milled material. Elevate temperature  below 250 Degrees Celsius materials.

Large transmission capacity. Elevate the capacity up to 15-800 cubic meters / hour.

Drive with lower power. This kind of elevator takes inflow to feed ,takes induce to discharge.Here hardly feed back case.So this plate chain  elevator is 30% power less than loop chain elevator

Long using life.This elevator inflow to feed rather than feed by hopper, which reduce mechanical friction. Thus it greatly last the using life of chain and hooper. The conveying chain can be used more than 3 years under normal condition.
