Introduction:

LS series screw feeder is suitable for conveying powdery materials, granular materials and small bulk materials, such as cement, coal powder, soda ash, grain, chemical fertilizer, ash, sand, coke, etc. It is widely used in building materials, metallurgy, chemical industry, electric power, coal, machinery, light industry, grain and food industries.

LS series screw feeder is not suitable for conveying perishable, sticky or easy agglomerating materials. In general, the working environment temperature for LS series screw feeder is between -30 and 50°c, and the temperature of materials conveyed is between -20 and 200°c.

LS series screw feeder is suitable to be installed horizontally or in small inclination angle. The inclination angle should not exceed 15°. If the inclination angle is big, please contact us for special design.

Structure:

LS series screw feeder is composed of drive device, coupling, main shaft, machine casing, suspension bearing device, two-end bearing device, supporting seat, machine cover, feed opening, discharge opening, etc.
