Details of the DTII rubber belt conveyors:

Used range: Rubber belt conveyor used in coal, mine, metallurgy,power plant, harbon, cement, chemical industry.Belt width: 0.8m/s, 1.0m/s, 1.25m/s, 1.6m/s, 2.0m/s, 2.5m/s, .15m/s, 4.0m/s,5.0m/s.Advantages: Large volume capability, cheap, convenient to maintain.Used environment temperature: From -25°c to 40°c. Special need: as the buyer's demand.

Carrying idler roller types:

Trough idler roller: 35° and 45°.  Note: We usually use 35° trough idler.  Rollers: Light, middle, heavy types. DIameter D=500~1000mm. Diameters of the bearing changable.Purface of the rollers: Smooth, Rubber coated. Painting: At least 5 times paintings.Absolutly rust-resistant.Mterials: Carbon steel, Q235. Rubber belt. Belt materials(4 kinds): Canvus(56N/mm.layer), nylon(100 to 300N/mm.layer), plastic(100 to 300N/mm.layer), steel wire belt(st630 to st2000N/mm.layer). 

Special devices:
