This conveyor adopts steel plate instead of belt, solves the problem of belt vulnerable to fatigue damage, cracking. The steel plate structure enhances the stiffness of main conveying parts, strengthens the carrying capacity and improves the transporting efficiency. Gear chain, rollers and other parts are effectively shielded to avoid the dust, conveying materials to fall into them. Because the parts are well protected, the using life will be longer and the maintenance costs are greatly reduced.

The working principle is as follows, the motor drives the reducer, the reducer drives the sprocket, the sprocket drives the special chain, the chain and chain plate drag the main part of conveyor(i.e. steel plate) to move. The materials on it will follow the move together.

After-sales service

During warranty period, we shall offer technical service to our customers free of charge. We are responsible for the fault and deficiency due to the design, manufacturing and the defect of materials, we will replace the damaged parts caused by normal and correct handling, with the exception of vulnerable parts.

After the period expires, we shall continue to give technical support, providing the service of repair, maintenance,  and selling the parts at a reasonable price.
