Design and manufacture of Type-LS spiral conveyer meet JB/T7679-45 professional standard about it.

   Type-LS spiral conveyer owns 11 specifications,and contains  sigle-drive and double-drive. Max length of single-drive conveyer reaches 35 meters,that of Type-LS1000 and Type-LS1250 among single-drive conveyer reaches 30 meters.Type-LS spiral conveyer is manufactured with advanced technology.Bearings on its head and tail are moved outside of covering,The middle hanged bearings have rolled structure and sliped structure which can be changed,and the two structures are designed with dustproof seal. The cleaning device is fitted at product exit.The conveyer owns features as follows:

Classification of Type-LS spiral conveyer:

Divide according to drive method:

C1 manufacture method----length of conveyer is below 35 meters, single drive is used.

C2 manufacture method----length of conveyer is over 35 meters, double drive is used.  Divide according to form of spiral blades:   

S manufacture method---spiral blade in the form of entity

D manufacture method---spiral blade in the form of belt

J manufacture method---spiral blade in the form of oarleaf

 Divide according to kind of the middle hanged bearings:

M1---rolled hanged bearing. Type-80000 sealed bearing,dustproof seal structure on the covering of bearings.  Good seal result, long-lived hanged bearing, temperature of oilseed transferred is below 80°C.

M2---sliped hanged bearing with dustproof seal. The temperature of oilseed transferred is over 80 °C.
