 Packing detail:  Each100pcs glass packed in 1 ply wooden box and with EP film in the gap.

                          Loading quantity:5500pcs of 6mm thickness for 20' container and4200pcs for 8mm thickness.

 Delivery Time: 25 days for 1*20' container.

Description:

 1.Heat Resistance Test:No peel off crack or discoloration after heating to 250°c  for half hour.

2.Impact Test:Drop 535g steel ball from 500mm height and it's not crack.

3.Thermal Shock Test:Heat the glass to 250 degree for half hour and pour 15 to 20 degree cold water on the surface and it is not be damage.

4.Fragmentation Test:Knock the middle of long side  distance from 20mm ,count the particles in a  50mm*50mm area shall not less than 60
