water-water heat exchanger adopts special corrugated structure plate type heat exchanger to strengthen heat exchanging. The water-water heat exchanger (water-water cooler) is composed of plate type heat exchanger with the adoption of the special corrugated structure which makes the soft water form sharp turbulent flow in order to strengthen heat exchange. The system holds the advantages of compact design, small area occupation, convenient dismounting and high efficiency of heat exchange. Only with the ability of heat exchange but not cooling, it is necessary to use external circulating system to accomplish the heat exchange. Working principle: The water is directly supplied to pump by the stainless steel water tank. And the pressure and water flow can be set by the adjustment of system pressure adjustment valve at the water outlet of pump. Soft water in stainless steel water tank→water tank→plate type heat exchanger→cold water to the equipment requires cooling→heated soft water→stainless steel water tank→next circulation 

The features of water-water heat exchanger are as follows:

Circulation with clean and pure water with no scale which decreases the equipment malfunctions. Closed loop circulation with no sundries, lichen and block in the pipeline. Small size with good integration and convenient installation.Closed water pipeline circulation with less water consumption.  Avoid fault caused by condensing water in summer.Small volume of water tank, antifreeze application in winter can avoid equipment icing.Water pump, pipeline and cooling pool is requiredall provided by user.The water pressure from external water to inlet should ≥ 0.35Mpa.
