The gear box is made of high stress cast iron (FC25), and manufacture by computer numerical contral machinery (CNC LATHE&CNC machining center). The gear is made of Ni-Cr-Mo alloy steel (SNCM220&SCM415) with carburization process. The shaft is manufacture by alignment and grinding. So the accuracy is very good. The stress is very strong. The safety factor is up to 5 The product- life is very long.

 

Buffer

When soft starting, and after fly wheel acting, the movement of high inertia is produced. No impactness, this keeps crane stable, smooth, and noiseless, to stabilize the brake.

Motor
