1. LH model double girder overhead traveling bridge crane(EOT crane)
The capacity: 0.5T, 1T, 2T, 3T, 5T; Span from 3m to 16mLH model double beam overhead crane is traveling on fixed support, The frame adopts box-type welding mechanism, and used together with CD1 model,MD1 model electric hoist as a complete set, It is light duty crane with the capacity of 5 tons to 32 tons. The span is 7.5-22.5m. working grade is A5. Working temperature is -25 to 40 centigrade. This product is widely used in plants, warehouses, material stocks to lift goods. It is prohibited to use the equipmenmt in the combustible, explosive to corrosives environment.
2. LX model single girder suspension bridge crane(EOT crane)
Adopt CD1,MD1 electric hoist for hoisting equipment, it is a light duty track traveling crane with trajectory which applies to and used at machinery, assembling sites and warehouses. This product adopts ground contralling and works at a temperature of -25--40 centigrade. It is prohibited to use the equipment at combustible, explosive or corrosive environment.
3. SQ model manual operating single girder bridge crane(EOT crane)
Max capacity is 10tons, Max span is 14m, no need power supply sources, so used freely and widely.
4. LDA model single girder bridge crane (EOT crane)
LDA model single girder overhead crane is designed and improved on basis of LD model, compared with LD model, it is equipped with the features of reasonable structure, strong rigidity of whole set. The whole set is used with CD1 and MD1 model electric hoist, it is a kind of light type crane equipment with capacity 130ton and span 7.5---31.5m, working system A3---A5, The standard working environment temperature 25-----40. This kind of crane is widely used in various places such as factory, warehouse, stuff yard to lift goods, forbidden to use in flammable, explosive and corrosive environment. This product is operated by ways of ground and cabin control. There are open and closed styles for drivers cabin, it could be divided into left and right installation according to practical situations. 5. QD Model double girder bridge crane(EOT crane)
mainly consists of strong bridge girders, trolley-traveling mechanism, crab and electrical appliances, and could be classed into several working grades, for instance: A5,A6 and A7 according to the working frequency and time. 6.QDY Model Casting Bridge crane (EOT crane)
Casting crane is mainly used in BOF bay, EAF bay and CCP bay in steel smelting shop. Normally there are four beams and two trolleys assembled on the crane. Laminated ladle hook is equipped on the main trolley for lifting the ladle; and Aux. trolley is for overturning the ladle and other assistant handling. The electrical appliance is installed inside of the main girder with heat insulation device and cooling device. The crane can work efficiently under harsh conditions such as high temperature and dust-laden.
