Features of Integral HWDP:
1 Heat Treatment before the boring process can guarantee high straightness and rigidity
2 A central upset or wear pad to increase tube life, reduce hole drag and differential sticking problems
3 Thread roots are cold rolled and phosphate coated to increase the life performance and prevent galling
4 Pressed steel thread protectors are supplied for standard connections
5 Hard banding and Internal coating can be provided on customer's request
Features of Friction Welded HWDP:
1 Pipe body and tool joints are heat treated separately to ensure optimized welding and mechanic performances.
2 Tool joints are treated with specific heat treatment stove to guarantee high strength of threads.
3 Pressed steel thread protectors are supplied for standard connections
4 Hard banding and Internal coating can be provided on customer's request
