 Double stage crusher Introducton:

 Double stage crusher applies to crash high wet coal gangue, shale, and coal cinder etc; this machine is the combination of two hammer crusher, double rotors working in series.

The main features are as follows:

      1. Double rotors and double crushing, thus make fine outlet size;

      2. No screen stencil in the bottom, making little jam with high wet materials;

Double stage crusher Working principle and unique features:

1) Double rotor crush up and down

 The related two rotors leads the first crushed materials by the upper rotor into the lower rotor 

for the second crushing, inside materials crash to each other, so to get the result that hammer 

crashing powder, powder crashing powder, and then the finished materials are discharged 

directly.

2) Without bottom sieve, high moisture materials, no blocks

  Such machine without bottom sieve, is not strict with moisture materials, so no blocks a

ppearance, never say that fine powder can’t flow in time, materials be repeat crushed, and the hammer works in avail.

3) Unique double action adjustment art

After the hammer weared and teared, the gap between the hammer and the liner-plate become large and so does the materials size, at this time adjustment the hammer from 

the middle to the liner-plate, make the distance between them shorter, so the machine can continue to be used, 

which reduces the investment, save the cost. Meanwhile the machine equipped with the

 hydraulic open and fold shell, easy maintenance, security and reliability.
