PL700 Sand maker
The PL series of vertical-shaft impact crusher is high-performance sand-making equipment with internationally advanced level developed according to real domestic situation after assimilating German advanced techniques. This equipment is widely used in crushing various kinds of hard, brittle materials, like iron mine, copper ore, gold or silver ore, manganese minerals, Construction aggregate, cement, refractory materials, abrasive materials, raw materials of glass, fluorite, limestone, steel slag etc. as well as the producing of Construction aggregate of high-class roads. Features and advantages as following:
It can finely-crush and kibble with higher crushing efficiency.Its structure is simple, and it is easily assembled or maintained. The cost of operation is very low.It is strong for the power to pass non-crushing materials. It is slight to be affected by the humidity of materials. And the max humidity is up to 7%.The grain shapes are perfect. It is cubic. There are minimum contents of needles or foliate. It is appliable to shape the construction aggregate---- stones, man-made sand-producing, or the producing of high-class road Construction aggregate.It can crush mid-hard and extra-hard materials.The piling of the products is dense with dramatically litlle of iron pollution.The Major Technical Parameters:

Note:
The numbers in the parenthesis are the maximum allowed feeding grain sizes when processing the low corrosive materials.The production capacity is the data when crushing mid-hard materials with unconsolidated density of 1.6t/m3. They are tested outcomings based on “instantaneous” getting the materials.
