Our company manufactures various equipments for whole set of stone production line, and provide professional technical support for customers. The whole production line consists of vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, impact crusher, vibrating screen, belt conveyor, and electric control system. The designed ability of production is generally 30~350 tons / hour. We design different production lines by combining different models of equipments to satisfy different customers' practical requirements. In order to meet different processing needs of customers, the output can be adjusted easily, meanwhile, it can be equipped with cone crusher, dedusting equipment etc.
Brief introduction of our stone production line Firstly, stones are transferred to primary crusher (jaw crusher) through vibrating feeder for preliminary crushing, then the crushed materials are transferred to impact crusher through belt conveyor for fine crushing, and next the crushed materials will be transferred to the vibrating screen, and separated to different sizes. Those crushed ones of unsuitable size will be transferred again back to the impact crusher for further crushing until all crushed materials become useful.
