How does it 

Work?

In short,your body temperature is usually about 36°C. However,the cool mat 

always keep at 25°C - 29 °C. There is about 7°C temperature difference 

between them.So you are feeling cool immediately when touch the mat.

In details,the cool mat works by absorbing and releasing heat to keep you cool

6-8 hours.Below 25°C,crystallize natually.Above 33°C,melt into liquid or water. 

In general,you can use directly.It absorb heat from your body gradually,then the 

inner material will melt into water.This process can last up to 6-8 hours. The 

cooling effect is weak when it is liquid or water.

How can we make it cool again?

Soak it in cold water,put it on the floor,next to air-conditioner.And if you want to speed up or extra cool,leave it in the freezer 

20 minutes or longer.It will crystallize again.Recycle use.
