1. How does the cool mat work?
The Cool mat works by absorbing and releasing heat to keep you cool. Below 27 degree,crystallize automatically.Above
33 degree,melt into liquid or water.The Cool mat's materials changes from solid to liquid as it absorbs heat when in use, and this process can last up to 6-8 hours.

- The cooling effect is weak when it is liquid or water.
