Dye resisting agent H-1(for furs) is a multiple organic compounds, mainly used in a variety of animal fibers dye-resisting.

2. Performance Index:

1. Appearance:  transparent colorless liquid

2. PH (10% aqueous solution): 1.5-2.0

3. Solubility: it can be diluted with water as any ratio

3. Feature:

Spraying or brushing the product to clothing hair before dyeing, after drying, ironing hair treatment, and then dyeing as normal process. You can find that the parts which have been sprayed with the product will effectively prevent dye uptake. It will make the furs with same color after dyeing, but also with gradient and breeze feeling. The product takes effect through chemical method, and there is no need to think of the types of dyes, so it is widely used. The product can be used for reserving dyeing to various animal fibers.

4. Recommended using method:

1. Auxiliaries: alcohol: water= 3.5: 1.5: 5

2. Brush it on the top of hair after mixing thoroughly

3. Heat the skin for 2 to 3 times at 150°C, until the top of hairs turn yellow

4. Or baking with infrared rays to yellow

5. Dyeing as normal method, the top of hair will not be colored 

Note: The technology above is just recommended by our company, but because breeze effect requires different color on the top of hair (different whiteness, different dyeing color), the specific using ratio should be confirmed after test.

5. Packing and storage:

1. Package: Packing in 200kg/drum, 50kg/drum.

2. Storage: Under condition of 5-35°C, the hermetic shelf life is 2 years.
