This product is white or kind of white powder. It can dissolve in water and glycerin, slightly dissolve in prophylene glycol.

ACTION MECHANISM:

Vitamin C is a well-known skin-whitening agent. It can prompt the synthesis of ossein and restrain the oxidation of the lipid. However, its colour is easily changed by oxidation, so the use of Vitamin C is limited. Brillian-300 can overcome this shortcoming. stability of the product is highly improved. STABILITY:

The photosensitivity and heat sensitivity of this product are much lower than Vitamin C. Brillian-300 can keep its color in a long time. And its stability in water is much more higher than Vitamin C. SYNERGY WITH VITAMIN E ACETATE :

The product has strong synergistic action with vitamin E acetate.
