With our individualized design and perfect workmanship, our DC energy-saving electrical motor has smaller rated current and more significant energy-saving effect than ordinary clutch motor. Smaller rated current makes it possible for lower capacity for inverter, DC motor controller, wire, and power transmission and transformation system, which results in the reduction in equipment cost and heating of electrical equipment and longer durability of the equipment. How to save energy

1. Normal clutch motor belongs to asynchronous motor, whose output power will be reduced to 70% of the input power, whats the worse, the power will be reduced to 70% again when its sent to sewing machine through clutch disc. So the available energy efficiency for sewing is only 50%.

2. Normal clutch motor will keep running as long as the power is ON. No matter the sewing operation has already paused or stop. For heavier or extra heavier materials sewing program, the no-load power loss will be more serious. Different from clutch motor, the energy efficiency for DC energy-saving motor is more than 90%, and it always keep synchronous running with sewing operation, so its easy  to avoid no-load power loss. Proudly to say DC energy saving motor can easily save up energy to 60% in general, for heavy materials, such as shoes, sports articles; it even can save 80% compared with normal clutch motor.Save energy for every minuteIf one motor runs 3000 hours per year and runs for 5 years, then the purchase, installation and maintenance cost is only about 20% of the total costs. The energy cost accounts for about 80% of the total costs.
