Polyma Mirorr Series PET Film--Application
Polyma decorative film is an environmetally friendly product designed to meet the various application requirements of different construction materials, such as solid aluminum sheets, galvanized iron sheet, steel sheets, aluminum composite panels, partitioning panels, mosaic boards, re-enforced glass sheets, cabinet boards, signage boards, ceiling panels, etc. The Mirror effect film has been designed to provide eye catching colorful decorative effect to various construction materials.
Various Patterns
There is a full range of electroplated patterns available from us for selection. These include, to name a few, Golden Lines, Blue Lines, Metallic Silver Lines, Golden Silver Lines, Black Silver Lines, White Wide Silver strips, Red Wide Silver Strips, Red Silever Spots, White Silver Spots, Red Silver Stars, White Silver Hexagon Spots, White Silver Drawing, Metallic Silver Strips, Metallic Wide Lines, Purple Red Lotus, Orange Lotus, etc. The metallized film is provided with high gloss surface. We can offer matt effect on request. Additionally, we also offered refractive changing colors effect as option.
Construction
The color film is typically consist of three layers, namely transparent PET film, high quality ink layer and polymer layer or PVC film layer. The first PET film layer provides the anti-corrosive, chemical resistant, enivronmentally friendly, and easy to clean robust surface; the ink layer provides the versatile color patterns for the plastic color film, the polymer layer provides the robust adhesive bonding between the patterned color PET film and the metal surface underneath it. The polymer layer may be replaced by PVC film or other film layer material suitable for other customized bonding required by the surface underneath the color plastic film.
Specifications & Technical Standard
The product comes with standard length of 550m and width of 1250mm.Other dimensions are also available on request. The standard thickness of the decorative plastic film is 0.07mm. The product is designed and manufactured to meet the robust technical standards of construction materials. They are tested to comply with the various requirements of the national standards, including;

Lamination Process
The surface underneath the color film should be clean, oil free, moisture free as well as dust free before the color film is laminated onto it. The production parameters for the lamination process may vary due to the variation of the bonding surface. Please visit our website for detailed description about the lamination process.
Storage
It is recommended to store the plastic film in a clean, dry and cool environment with the maximum stacking of 3 cardboards in order to avoid possible adverse influence to product durability. The storage period of the film is one year, starting from the date of shipment.
Packing Method
The product is packed in rolls suitable for export transportation. A layer of protective plastic film covers the whole film roll. The roll is mixed at both ends with a pair of square wooden panels before placing it into a storage cardboard. Hence, the whole roll of film is suspended in the middle inside the cardboard by the two wooden panels at the two ends after placing the whole package into the cardboard. The cardboard is finally sealed and fastened with 4 plastic straps. The film will be deliverd to customers in excellent condition.
