Turnaround Time
The average total turnaround time is 10 working days for all cases. The actual fabrication time in our lab is 3 workdays. Arrangement can be made for rush cases if we get notification in advance.

We give our customers a warranty of five years. Perfection is our final goal. Remakes
Remakes are handled on a case by case basis. If you elect us to remake a product, we will need the original case accompanied by a new impression and explanation of the specific malfunction. Once we receive this, we will determine where the fault originated and decide the appropriate action. If the mistake was made within our lab, we will remake the case at no charge.
