Battlemax®HC-Rubber lined series slurry pump are manufactured to be the best standards, ensuring longer service life, higher performance, easy operating and maintenance. The pumps are widely used in mining, construction, metallurgy, power plant, sewage water treatment, dredging chemical and petroleum industries.
Battlemax®HC-Rubber lined series slurry pump are mainly used to pump high-hardness, strong-corrosion and high-concentration liquids that contain suspended solid particles, such as finished ores, refuse ores, ashes, cinders, cements, mud, mineral stones and etc.
Battlemax®HC-Rubber lined series slurry pump casing carries replaceable wear-resistant rubber liners. The impellers are made of wear-resistant metal or rubber. The pump body and are made of hard metal only.
Bearing assembly is adoptable of cylindrical structure, it is easy to adjust the space between impeller and front liner .Can be removed completely when repaired. Bearing assembly use grease lubrication.
The shaft seal could use the packing seal, expeller seal and mechanical seal.
The pump discharge direction can be positioned at intervals of 45 degrees as request and oriented to any eight positions to suit installations and applications.
