Unique Geographical Location
Our factory located in Kashi district, Xinjiang province,which is the an oasis at the edge of Taklimakan Desert. It is located between 34 dgree to 50 dgree of north latitude, the same as the famous fruit production bases in Bordeaux, France and California, USA. It is one of the 6 major fruit hardwood areas in the temperate zone, with diverse wild and cultivated species. Furthermore, Xinjiang is one of the essential places on the ancient Silk Way, and is the only conjunction between the 4 ancient civilizations, i.e., China, India, Persia and Greece-Roma, as described by Dr. Stein, with enriched historical and cultural resources.
Unique Climate
Xinjiang has the typical dry climate in temperate zone, with sufficient sunshine (over 2,600 hours every year), high accumulate temperature (over 4,000 degree as active accumulated temperature above 10 degree), low precipitation (average annual natural precipitation of 155mm), large vaporization (over 2,400mm every year), dry climate, long frost-free period and large temperature difference between day and night. Meanwhile, its yearly solar radiation is only less than Tibet. All of these factors help the growth and differentiation of fruits and vegetables.
Unique Water
The wide-spread mountains in Xinjiang create the huge mountain glacier, which forms a lot of rivers and clear water quality. Since the precipitation is low in Xinjiang, the farms and orchards are usually irrigated by glacier water, which is originated from Pamirs, containing low deuterium and tritium (at -20-38 degree), low radiation, high activeness and free of modern pollutants. The natural weak base water is known as the water of life, which explains the longevity of the natives.
Unique Resources
Xinjiang is the original and secondary center of a number of fruit trees, with rich resources. The wild fruit trees include 13 sorts, 28 categories, 93 species, 4 variations and 148 types, containing nearly 300 quality species. Due to sufficient sunshine, low precipitation, great temperature difference between day and night, and the irrigation of the glacier, the plants have longer growth cycle, less diseases and insects, colorful appearance, high sugar content, and more glamorous fragrance. Thus It provide variety of fruits with outstanding quality, in particular quality apricot, plum, pomegranate, grape, peach, pear, apple, mulberry and tomatoes,walnut. In history, the melon, fragrant pear, jujube and grape in Xinjiang were tributes to empires.
Our Factory
Our factory covers the land area of 78000 square meters, with clean workshops, advanced workmanship and cutting-edge facilities. It specializes in drying, processing and packaging of apricot, plum, tomato and other fruits and vegetables, with the current yearly production of 3,000 tons of dried fruits. Located at the center of the raw material production base, our factory covers 100,000 sq.km of apricot trees and 50,000 sq.km of vinery within the distance of 1-hour drive. Based on the order operation model of "factory + farmer", we strictly control the quality starting from the seeding. Our professional quality control staff also screen the raw materials entering the factory.

Dried Apricot
Xinjiang, China is one of the origins of apricot, as well as the base of quality apricot in the world. The apricot trees covers the land area of over 150,000 hectares, with the annual production of more than 700,000 tons.
Used for both meat and kernel, the apricot in Xinjiang is ripe from June to August, with diversified species. The fruit is beautiful in appearance, fine in taste, sour, sweet, juice and nutrient, containing several organic ingredients and the necessary vitamins and inorganic substances for human body.
Our dried apricot is made of quality fresh apricot, after 10 processes, including manual sorting, vacuum sulfur soaking, sun drying, manual throw off pit, mechanical cleaning, machine drying, machine sorting & , shape improvement, sterilization by ozone, softening and vacuum nitrogen packaging, the production is free of saccharin, sweetener and coloring. It preserves its natural and original flavor, excellent quality, nutrients and vitality.

1.sun dried apricot with sulfur: seedless, gold colour, sulfur 2000ppm,sugar content 20%~25%, water content 18~25%,without any other addtive. we have 0~6# styles.
2.sun dried raisin without sulfur:dark brown clour, seedless, water content 18~22%,sugar content 20%~25%, without any other addtive.
3. AD dried light color apricot without sulfur:light colour, seedless,water content 18~25%,sugar content 22%~26%, without any other addtive.
4.Sun dried apricot as tripe slices and dimidiation:as client's requiry.

In Asia, Turkey and China are the largest plum production countries. Among them, Xinjiang, China has similar temperature and precipitation with California, USA, which has the largest planting area of west plum in the world.
We use Richard to process dried plums, which has less juice, sweet and sour taste, and dark color. Dried plum is best for drunken, thirsty and sickness.
