Mature sound tomato are washed, peeled, trimmed,cut and inspected prior to air drying. Finished product is manually and mechanically selected for defects and foreign matter before packing. Detector sensitivity shall be 1.0 mm minimum. This product complies with current Good Manufacturing Practice in Manufacturing.
