1.Summary

YGSL-120  Track-type  Anchoring  Drilling  Rig  is  a  dual- top  drive  power  head  drilling  machine  of  tract chassis  with  full  hydraulic  drive  .It  extends  the applied  rang  of  construction.The  rig  is  applied  to the  big  tonnage  stress  anchoring  hole  for  water

power  station,railway,highway,  the  high-pressure  jet grouting  hole  in  the  gravel  land  and  to  the demolishing  hole  of  construction.It  is  also  used  to drill  small  size  water  well  and  foundation  pile

holes  ,as  well  as  drainage  well.

2.Features

2.1The  machine  is  easy  to  move  and  to  align.

2.2The  machine  chassis  is  of  steel  track,  which  has small  pressure  on  earth  and  big-withstanding capacity.

2.3Dual-top  drive  power  head  realizes  various drilling  method,  such  as:

a)When  drilling  hole  in  thicker  (3050  m)  fractured  zone  or  congeries,  rear  power  head  connected  with inner  drilling  tool  and  DTH  hammer,  for  realize  percussion  rotary  drilling,  in  the  meanwhile,  front power  head  rotates  the  follow-up  casing  for  protecting  hole  wall.

b)When  drilling  hole  in  incoherent  overlying  formation,  quicksand  layer  or  silt  layer,  the  inner drilling  tool  use  conventionality  rotary  tools  or  long  auger  drilling  tools,  in  the  meanwhile,  front power  head  rotates  the  follow-up  casing  for  protecting  hole  wall.

c)When  drilling  hole  in  intact  formation,  only  one  power  head  is  used  for  ordinary  rotary  drilling  or percussion-rotary  drilling.

2)It  features  high  lift  capacity  and  output  torque,  strong  disposing  accident  ability  and  high  drilling efficiency.

3)Rig  carry  out  mechanization  of  rod  and  casing  breaking  down,  as  it  equipped  the  clamp  and  breakout machine,  so  it  can  hugely  reduce  labor  strength  and  increase  work  efficiency.
