automatic molecular sieve production line,and it can transport the material to the rotary furnace.
This equipment can be widely used in textile.
1.2. 1.2. The principle of the band baking oven is heating the air, and uses the flow engines to flow the hot air
through the material, and the water of the material and cool air will be removed by the exhaust fan. The material
is transmitted by the moving band that inside of the oven. The wet material comes in and the dry material goes out
from the other head.

It is included one material filter, 10 pieces electrical heater ways, one set humidity remove flow fan, five sets of heat
cycle flow parts, one piece of stainless steel sieve band and two material handcarts and two sets of material lift
systems.

3.1 The total length of the band baking oven is 12000mm, total width is 2320mm, the total height is 1340 mm, and
the band width is 1640mm.
3.2 The band is made by 304 stainless steel, and other parts are made by common steel.
3.3 The total power is 200KW, the blower power is 14KW, 50HZ, 220 or 380V. Or we can offer the gas or heat oil heating.
3.4 The working temperature is 50-165°C.
3.5 The bed thickness is 3-15mm.
3.6 There are five flow units to make up the equipment.
3.7. The length of drying unit is 10000mm.
