Equipment Summary:Amid the spinning process of polyester filaments, PET chips melted under hightemperature shall cause polymer degradation out of high moisture content in the chips. Suchdegradation shall lead to molecular chain breaking, thereafter filament breaking during thespinning process. Thus, the moisture content for wet chip, normally water content 0.4%,must be reduced before spinning, especially for spinning fine denier and super fine denieryarn, the moisture content should be lowered than 25 PPM.We can guarantee the final chip moisture content lower than 20 PPM(BM Type) or25 PPM(Rosin Type) with our technology and 50PPM if used flakes. We have providedmore than 1000 sets of drying equipment with various capacities from 50Kg/h to 5000Kg/hto clients home and abroad.The equipment in this file is a special plant used for the PET flakes conveying,crystallization and drying.
