This series bake out oven has special designed airway structure, which attains more than 30 times of hot air circulation for every minute. The temperature is more evenly distributed. The large power multi-vane centrifugal fan is characterized of large air quantity and fast air flow rate passing through the object surface, which greatly improves the object drying speed. The heating component is exquisitely placed in the side airway, avoiding breaking down of the heating wire or power leakage due to the moisture workpieces. The low loading heating pipe improves the heat radiating area and reduces explosion possibility of the low kindling point solvent gas having direct contact with the heating wire. It is especially safe during coil drying, paint coating, epoxy resin hardening and others. This series bake out oven all employ highly accurate digital temperature controller with more accurate and direct figure reading. At the power supply end, the high section leakage automatic breaker provides short circuit protection and leakage protection. The interior oven is equipped with over-high temperature protecting device, which makes the oven more safe and reliable in performance. The oven is equipped with digital time relay, widening its application. The oven has special pressure relief device, minimizing the loss when the to-be-dried objects unexpectedly explode. The chamber size of the oven can be made according to clients' request.
