Application:
Sawdust dryer is widely used in drying granular wet sawdust which is sent into the drying tub continuously by screw conveyor. In the process of transporting and dispersing of high-speed hot air, the water content is evaporated, so that we can get powder or granular dry material. It is mainly consisted of the air heater, feeder, air drying tube, cyclone separating device, fan and so on.

Sawdust dryer includes: heat furnace, feed port, rotating cylinder, filter cartridges, material duct, cooling tube and discharge port. Roller is driven by motor and reducer and lead rotating cylinder to rotate slowly. There is a feed opening between heat oven and the rotating cylinder, rotating tube equip with stir blade; The rotating cylinder and the 4 connected of filter cartridges place with baffles. The opening hole is in the baffle. One end of the filter cartridges connects to the rotating drum, the other end is connected with the material transport tube. Filter tube has a block, filter cartridge has a slag discharge hole at the bottom. One end of the cooling tube can join the pipeline through blower, the other end is connected with the discharge port. As sawdust dryer adopts the above structure, sawdust can be fully dried in rotating cylinder and the sawdust spreads fully before into the pipe which causing water to evaporate quickly. Baffle can stop impurities of sawdust to ensure the material quality near the pipeline. Wood chips enter into dryer and effect by the injection tube and the rotary body. The material and hot air attract to each other to complete the drying in the cylinder.
