Product Name: GZW Series Horizontal Vibrating Vacuum Dryer

Characteristics: Using the horizontal tank, effective drying area is significantly increased while the drying rate is improved. On the effect of vibration, materials show a fluidized state, which leads to a good thermal efficiency. Due to the excellent sealing structure, the whole drying process is ensured free from contamination. Organic solvent can be recovered by the condenser while the production cost is reduced effectively. After sterilization of high temperature steam, the tank of the dryer has a ideal sterile environment, which is consistent with the requirement of GMP.

Applications: This machine is most suitable for heat-sensitive and easily oxidized powder or granule materials in chemical industry, pharmaceutical industry.

Principle: When working, under the action of the vacuum pump, the machine can maintain vacuum condition. On the effect of vibration, materials in the container are reached a fluidized state. Heat conducted to the fluidized materials through the inner wall,  materials are heated while water is gasified. The wet steam is exhaused by the pump and collected by the condenser. Accordingly, drying is completed.
