1. The IR oven is made of sandwich panel with filter wool, decorated with aluminium profile so to make it goodlooking; the inner wall of this IR Oven is SS so to make full use of thermal energy and reduce cost.

2. This IR curing oven is easy to adjust heater tube frame so the finished articles will not be terribly baked while the heating intension is kept.

3. This curing oven is devided into multiple temperature area with a type of independent control.

4. During painting plastic items, two ways can be adopted to keep dust away: a. to extend setting time to the best under a dustless state; not to adopt thermal air cycling in the terature area for to cure paint film.
