GK series Drying Granulator
Working Principle & Feature
This is a new equipment to make granules directly from the target material using the crystal water in the material. The finished granules can be made to troches or capsules. It adopts the electromagnetic timing and features the simple structure, stable capability, easy cleaning, convenient maintenance.
Main Uses
The machine is widely used in pharmaceutical industry, foodstuff industry, chemical industry to make granules which cannot be made by the wet method.

Machine Capability
(1) It consists of lift setup, downward feeding setup, troche setup, granule setup, hydraulic pressure and cooling setup, the shell and the electrical controller.
(2) the production capacity depends on the material’s fluid, pressure, adhesive capacity, humidity, the fineness, etc; the production may have great differences among the different materials; the following measures can be taken to enhance the granule quality and quantity:
A: some materials have the bad fluid, pressure, so they can be changed to enhance the production capability by adding the accessorial materials
B: the materials’ chemical state, physical state and the granule density can be adjusted to be the best state by adjusting the pressure of the oil can and the rotation speed of the motor
C: keep constant temperature for the heat-sensitive material; keep the certain wetness by the wet expeller for the hygroscopic material; add stearic magnesium (<0.7%) for the material with strong adhesive capacity; if the material has too little crystal, you can use the eatable no-water alky to add the humidity
D: the material may turn bad because of the high press, so the machine is equipped with advanced cooling equipment; the temperature is controlled between 20°C-45°C and the waterhead can be the tap water
E: you can choose anti-blast motor in the place with more powder
