Main principle and advantages

Dust and steam enter dust removal water cabin though dust cage and dust pipe. After complete treating with the dust, discharge clean gas from the vent. During solving dust and steam, water in cabin turns out hot slime water by absorbing dust and steam, then via high pressure pump, throwing into pipes for cycling usage in the water system.

This device is upgraded product which developed on the base of our original dust removal device. No matter change water or not, it is able to run. So the range of application is wider. The dust extraction ratio can reach 99%.

This device taken the techniques of dust labyrinth circulation and fluid dynamics. Its able to balanced allocate the effective wind produced by blower-fan into the internal dedusting pipes. So that all the steam and dust produced during the process of quicklime hydration could be balanced disposed and filtered by the high pressure spray and water in tank. And all the filtered water and dust flow back to hydrating cabin. it will achieve the aim of water recycle and environment protection.
