Foaming Binder(HCG001)

This paste is solely used for flock transfer printing on general fabrics. It is water-based environmental printing binder system free of formaldehyde, PVC, phthalate and heavy metals.

1,Chemical Nature: Specialty Resin Compound, etc.

2,Appearance: milky paste

3,PH value: 5.5-7

4,Features: non-tacky, good adhesion, soft hand feel, easy handling.

5,Printing process: HCG002 printing→ air dry→160-170°Cheat pressing for 15 seconds→ release the flock paper and heat press the substrate backward, or release the flock paper and put the print through drier for 2 minutes at 160°C→. 2 hours washing fastness at 60°C for twice or more after full curing.

6,Packing: 50kg/HDPE barrel

  

Attention: 

3% special catalyst to be used for better performance. Once it is added, the paste must be all used within 6 hours or be discarded. Make sure the

film build-up is thick enough for complete absorbance of flock transfer and heat processing comes just before the print is fully dry.
