Functions of the equipment

Yalong YL-DCD belt drive control training equipment is a corollary device for programmable control training devices of our company. The equipment is designed using standardized modular, and the main training bench uses aluminum alloy, light in weight, small in size, and is easy to use for training. The equipment is composed by training bench, conveyor, pneumatic parts, sensor identification devices and other components, which is an integrated training device including PLC technology, pneumatic technology, sensor technology, and position control technology.

The power lines and signal lines of all components of the device have been diverted to the safety outlet on the substrate. When using, connect the high-strength safety experimental wires with a sheath to the corresponding safety outlet of the terminals on the power module and PLC control module to start training. It not only ensures training, formation and consolidation of students’ basic skills, but also ensures electrical connections fast, secure and reliable.
