 Show the structure and working principle of ABS/EBD/ESP system to help students understand the abstract theory. It can imitate, diagnose and test the common faults and troubles of ABS/EBD/ESP system. Train students to analyze and solve practical problems

    Technical Parameter:

1 All components are originally equipped, including sensors, actuators and control computer, as well as all accessories of the braking system, governor motor, electromagnetic clutch, inertial flywheel. The quantity of accessories are the same as that of original vehicle.2  The bench is controlled by single-chip which is developed by my company, so the original vehicle system is connected well with this equipment.

3 demonstration of the ABS/EBD/ESP operation process in manual, automatic and computer-driven models

4  The digital meters to demonstrate each wheel's rotational speed;the pressure gauges to indicate pressure of eachwheel cylinder

5  Single-chip intelligent fault-setting system, the whole circuit can be set fault points. There are two modes to setfault: educational and training.6  Power supply: AC 380V , Battery voltage :DC 12V
