For the first 10 days after setting, the eggs will be absorbing heat. After this period, eggs will start to give out heat. And in the last days of the incubation, the eggs will give out much more heat. The cycling ventilation of the Tunnel Style Incubator will bring heat given out by the early eggs, to the new eggs, which will reduce the working time and frequency of the heating devices and save a lot of energy. Data collected by us shows that Tunnel Style Incubator can save as much as 50% energy than Box Style Incubator and other kinds of Single-Stage Incubators. For the whole incubation process, egg embryo needs different temperature environment in different stages. When eggs move from one position to another inside the Tunnel Style Incubator, the temperature environment at different positions are also different. And this temperature changing process is just what the egg embryo needs, which is the art of design for Tunnel Style Incubator. Although temperature is changing at different positions inside the incubator, we seldom need to change the setting temperature of the machine.
