Product Introduction

Egg yolk powder is produced by spray drying of pure egg yolk. The production process includes enzyme handling. It has abundant lecithin, protein and other nutrients. For its good emulsibility, this product is specially manufactured for producing mayonnaise, sauces and so on.

Application

This product is widely used in mayonnaise, ice cream, bakery products, drinks, seasoning, infant foods and so on.

Use Method

Mix this product with water to restore liquid whole egg. 1kg egg yolk powder + 8kg water = liquid egg yolk from 7kg fresh egg. It is better to mix this product with other materials before adding water.

Package

Master carton with 20kg bag inside. Alternative packaging is available upon client's request.

Storage and Shelf Life

This product should be kept under sealed, shady and dry conditions. Shelf life is 12months.
