The neoprene is die cut for anatomical shaping and consistent fit. The Neoprene provides compression while retaining heat for heat therapy and to improve healing. The open patella design removes direct pressure from the patella while helping to support the kneecap. There is an oval pad sewn into the front of the support for greater comfort and protection.
