INSTRUCTION ,

1. To prevent serious burns, never touch any part of the iron other than the grip ad never leave the iron unattended while it is plugged in .

2.To prevent fire, keep soldering iron away fom fammable substances and materials in the work area .

Caution ,

1.To prevent fire , use an appropriate sldering iron stand.

2.Keep out of reach of children .

3.Never use the soldering iron if the power cord is damaged as this may result in fire or electric shork .

4.Plugging into an outlet other than the rated input voltage may result in oveheating and fire .

5.To prevent electrio shock , do not use the soldering iron in damp or wet locations or expose it to rain.

6.Be sure that the plug pins are pushed fully into the wall power receptacle . After use , remove te plug from the outlet . Never yank the power cord to disconect it from the receptacle .

7.After use , the tip is still very hot . Allow it to cool down sufficiently before touching the tip or storing the iron . Failure to do so will result in serious burns or fire .

1. The first time this iron is used , smoke may be produced . This will not occur during subsequent use.

2.Do not use water on a hot tip to cool it down may cause damage to the heater .

3.Do not use the iron without the tip as the heater maybe be damaged

MAIINTENANCE ,

1.During and after using , tin the tip with solder . The tip may oxidize and become hard to wet if it is not tinned .

2.Once the iron has cooled , remover the tip , tip stopper and heater fixing screw . Remove any oxidized particles from within the heater .

3.If the tip is stuck to the heater , apply machine oil and leave it to half a day .

WARNING ,

.Do not file the long life soldering tip . If wettability is re-duced , clean the tip surface with fine gradesand paper .and tin it with solder .
