PWT electric water heater
PWT water storage tanks are ideal for heat pump or air conditioning operation combined with a solar heating system,with additional heat source and tradi threaded immersion heaters. The heat exchanger can be inside or outside of the inner tank.

At the begining of this year we purchase a brand new welding machine which can proved perfect welding without overlaps.And we are going to bring in Robot welding hands to achieve automatic welding process just like OSO,which is the top water storage tank producer in Europe.
The photo below shows our advanced welding machine.There is no overgap in round welding,and there are backing and shield gas during the all welding.
Anti-corrosion
This is another key process of water storage tank making.In Europe there are many water tank producer can provied 25-year guarantee for inner tank,like OSO,KINGSPAN,RM-CYLINDER.This is also our target to achieve.This year we are trying to provide clean,creviece free with penetration of weld and also offer all gassed with backing and sheild gas.
After welding,we are trying to have pickling and passivation for the all tank to restore stainless steel to original condition and performance.
The photo below shows the difference between inner tank after pickling and passivation with tanks without any treatment.
