Volute axial flow water turbine generator is applicable under low head conditions from 1.5 meters to 12 meters with large flow.

This new type of machine has solved the problem that ordinary axial flow generator has long main shaft and the bearings at the impeller must be immersed into water and thus cause easy damage; the open channel of the volute chamber can not utilize the water head pressure; work amount is large, installation period is long and cost is high; fabrication of the volute chamber and the tail pipe is hard to reach requirements of standards etc. Volute axial flow machine is a consummate type and its efficiency and endurance are several times higher than that of ordinary axial machines.
