Floor Box This is our Alumimium Fabricated Range(AF) service box specially designed to meet various customized box sizes

requirement on sites while minimizing tooling cost. The basic box consists of four aluminium diecast pillars resting on four corners of the base plate, which is fabricated by pre-galvanized sheet steel. The side blanks, which is also made of pre-galvanised sheet steel, can be customized to accomodate various sizes of metal ducts, u-PVC ducting or conduits. Brass terminals are also provided for earth connection on the base plate. The frame is manufactured from aluminium extrusion finished with epoxy coating, which boasts of better load capability and flexibility in producing different non-standard sizes without  too much extra tooling cost like otherwise in plastic and GI mateiral range. The trap cover are manufactured from cold roll iron epoxy coated in light grey color. The standard trap recess is 6mm. The box height can be adjustable from 60-75mm and 75-90mm or even much higher depending on the requirement of sites. For more details, please consult our sales team.
